This market is primarily focused on top vendors of antique, vintage and upcycled furniture, vintage clothing, collectibles, antiques, and delicious fresh cooked or small batch pre-packaged food. We also accept a SMALL number of jewelry, art, and handmades by local artisans and designers.


Franklin Flea is a curated market. Selection is based on finding the right balance and number of vendor categories to support the allotted space and estimated foot traffic. If you don’t receive a response within 14 days it means you have not been accepted. We are very sorry but due to the volume of applications we cannot respond to every vendor regarding the status of their application.

The market is rain or shine. No long-term commitment is required to be accepted. Vendors are encouraged to buy/bring their own tables, tents, and chairs.  A limited number of tables and chairs are available for rent onsite during setup. Tables and chairs are cash only, first-come first-served. 

Detailed load-in, set-up, and payment instructions are emailed to accepted vendors.

Booth sizes:

Single: 10 ft x 10 ft*
Double: 10 ft x 20 ft*
Triple: 10 ft x 30 ft*
